Google Understands the term "Covenant-breaking" but Bahá'ís Do NOT

The Hands were Not Bahá'í Leadership.

The Legislative Branch of Bahá'u'lláh's system of Governance is not Bahá'í Leadership.

The Institution of the Guardianship is Bahá'í Leadership as the Executive Branch.  This ranking was provided by Shoghi Effendi after he appointed Charles Mason Remey to be his successor.

"During his leadership of the Baháʼí Faith from 1921 to 1957, Shoghi Effendi built the foundational administrative framework that included a distinct hierarchy. He himself held the highest rank as the Guardian, and under him were appointed and elected bodies. This system was designed to protect the unity of the Baháʼí community and ensure its orderly development."
The appointed Interpreter, the person occupying the spiritual Institution of the Guardianship, is the symbol of the Lesser Covenant.
The Institution of the Guardianship is the Leader of the Faith.  Anyone who opposes the executive leader, the Guardian, is a Covenant-breaker.
